When I returned to Thailand after many years away I found an unregulated real estate industry that’s full of pitfalls for the unwary expat. Professional standards and ethics are questionable and the customer often comes last.
I started 1D Property Co. Ltd and became an accredited member of the Thai Real Estate Broker Association because I believe my customers deserve better. We are also a proud Member of The Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham).
As both an expat Australian mother and a local Thai I understand that inbound families are naturally cautious. I offer a personal, professional and ethical service that puts my customers at the heart of everything I do, from finding your perfect home, negotiating with the landlord, to acting as your special agent throughout the term of your agreement and beyond. That’s why so many of my clients become my friends.
Having run my own successful business in Sydney, I apply the same level of energy, enthusiasm and integrity that you are used to in your own country. My team and I work extremely hard for our clients and we never give up!

How I Work
A bespoke, personal service – I focus on my customer, most of whom come from personal referrals or hear about 1D Property’s good reputation among expat families in Bangkok. If you don’t see a suitable property on my website, then don’t worry as my job is to find one! The first step is to discuss what your perfect home looks like and then I work extremely hard to secure it. And then then I continue to service you all through your rental term.
Professional integrity – 1D Property Co. Ltd is a registered company in Thailand and I am one of relatively few Bangkok agents accredited by the Thai Real Estate Broker Association. I ran my own successful business in Australia and hold myself to the same high standards that you are used to in your home country. I will not let you down.
‘Always on’ service – Being here for you always is at the heart of my personal service. And, unlike most agents, this continues right through the term of your rental agreement. I can usually recommend a removal company, a maid, driver, handyman or simply manage your landlord to make sure a leaky tap gets fixed. Call me anytime!
I love what I do, I’m here to help and I will not let you down. Contact me today and let’s get started!
